Tazuo ‘Taz’ Yamaguchi, MA - is an award winning, published, internationally renowned multidisciplinary artist who has several degrees in communication, psychology and a masters in education. He is an arts educator who has held residencies in many k-12 schools and youth serving organizations through the BCOE Artists in The Schools program. He has worked for such creative high tech entertainment franchises as Lucasfilm Ltd. Apple Computers, Microsoft Corporation and Intell.

The Onelife Foundation founded by Yamaguchi teaches visual arts (drawing, illustration, painting, visual storytelling, character and creature creation, cartooning, animation- digital multimedia arts and traditional art, i.e watercolor, acrylics, ink, graphite), written and spoken language arts, theatre arts (poetry, perfomance poetry, positive hip hop, character voice acting, theater/film voice acting) music (basic singing, beginning tribal instrumentation/ percussive drumming, intro to music, and vocal coaching) and Wellness Arts (addressing emotional, mental, and behavioral illness through the self expression and exploration through the disciplines of three major areas of the arts (visual - sound- movement). It is our goal to serve as an accessible and invaluable resource serving grade levels K-12 and social organizations.
