The In Tune Music Foundation was started by Forest and Hunter Wong when they were music

students in Oroville public schools out of the desire to increase opportunities for students to

play and perform music. The foundation produces the annual Dream Big Music Festival to

showcase Oroville area junior high school and high school bands who perform at the Oroville

State Theatre for elementary students at a morning concert and for the community at a

fundraising concert in the evening. BCOE is a proud partner of the annual event that exposes

young students to the possibility of playing music.
